Run For H2O

Run For H2O 2013 was a charity run for clean water in Guatemala and to raise awareness & compassion for communities in need of this basic human need.

A community fundraising event for clean water in marginalized rural indigenous communities in Guatemala. All proceeds of the event will go towards HOPE International Development Agency.

Are you free for a few hours on the morning of Saturday, June 21? Want to help make a difference for indigenous communities in Guatemala? Our friends at HOPE International Development Agency are hosting a fun-for-all-ages run in South Vancouver, for clean water for indigenous communities in Guatemala. They still need about 50 more volunteers to help set up, be route marshals, hand out water, help with kid’s activities, etc. Your help for a few hours for ANY portion between 7am-1pm on Saturday June 21 would be a HUGE help in making this event possible. Round up some friends and come meet some new friends!

Check out for more about the run, and a quick video: You are also very welcome to join as a runner as well!
